PDServices was
founded in 1994 and has achieved steady
revenue and profit growth since that time.
We provide HR Software and Tools for small
and mid-sized clients throughout the United
States.
We
continually evaluate HR products and
choose to represent those solutions that
meet our standards for best in
class HR Software and Tools. Our
products are easy to use, easy to
implement, fully functional systems that
are cost-effective, improve productivity, and
enable HR to shift from administrative to
strategic efforts. Products include HRIS,
Performance Management, Time and Attendance,
Recruiting, Assessments, Surveys and Merit Compensation as well
as custom development and consulting
services.
Owners
Phil
Devendorf, President
Phil started
his career at IBM Corporation and worked
there for 13 years in sales and a variety
of management positions. He
then had P&L responsibility for two
100+ person IT consulting organizations
and district sales management
responsibility for a national software
company.
Phil founded PDServices in 1994 and
initially offered management training,
sales training, management coaching, assessments,
and surveys to small and mid-sized organizations.
Phil’s experience in both large and
mid-sized companies gave him insight into
the value of the human resources function.
Recognizing
that HR is typically under automated in
small and mid-sized companies, causing the
HR function to focus on administrative
workload rather than more strategic
initiatives, he has focused his efforts on
offering easy and affordable HR software
to mid-market companies.
Phil is a graduate of the University of
Michigan with a degree in Business
Administration. He lives in Howard, OH and
his interests include golf and water
sports.
Sue
Devendorf, Managing Partner
Sue’s
background includes computer programming,
systems analysis, system development, and
project management. She manages all of our
software implementations, including
software installation, defining user
needs, software customizations,
administrator and user training, and
ongoing support.
Sue has also worked for many years as a
consultant to a major national retailer,
helping them with custom Human Resources
applications.
Her experience with the large
corporate HR environment has helped PDServices
select products for small and mid-sized
companies that offer large company
function and are easy to use and
affordable.
Sue is also a
recognized expert with Microsoft Access
and has created many custom applications
for major corporations, small/mid-sized
organizations and government entities.
Examples include Succession
Planning/Leadership Management,
Compensation Management, Performance
Management, Financial Reporting, Marketing
Surveys, Asset Management, and County
Prosecution Management.
Sue is a
graduate of the University of Michigan
with a double major in French and Spanish.
She has lived in France and Spain and
currently lives in Howard, OH.
Her interests include golf, water
sports, travel and gardening. |
