Feature Overview

Updated MY Recruit / Job Forms with improved tablet / phone interface

MY Recruit (our online job forms) have had an interface update to provide improved phone /tablet access and improved desktop experience.

Below are some screenshots highlighting some of the changes.

As found in the main HRMS all panels / inputs automatically scale when accessing on small screens / devices and also provided improved table inputs.

Custom Questions can be added on Recruitment Job Forms

You can now link and add custom forms to job application forms OR simply add custom fields against applicant records (e.g. for HR use only)

To add custom fields you will need to create a Field Group (category) these are defined under Recruitment > Admin > General > Custom Field Groups. These are used to group and label the inputs on the job form and when displayed inside the HRMS.

When setting up the section you will see a + button down below to add in custom questions / fields against the section.

Time Interpretation Rule Engine extension

You can now build time interpretation rules that calculate overtime amounts relative to the hours an employee is scheduled to work on a given day.

This is useful when overtime rates may apply after completing more than the scheduled hours expected and minimizes the need to have different rules for employees with different days / scheduled hours.

Consolidation of All Skills, Expired Skills and Skill Gap pages and new table UI and inline skill editing

All Skills, Outdated Skills and Skill Gap have been consolidated into a single view. This form also supports inline editing / save as you go changes.

Skill gap items are shown in yellow and also indicated by a non date obtained. You can switch off the skill gap view by using the checkbox at the top. Expired skills also have the Expiry Datehighlighted.

Expense workflow Improvements

Alongside the ability to upload multiple files with a drag and drop uploader with all workflows improvements have been made to the display / input of expense claims along with Notes being added on a per expense / item basis.

SSO Support with Active Directory Integration

We can now support SSO connecting to Active Directory. To enable or discuss this feature please contact our technical support team.

Ability to enable / disable certain automated payroll synchronizations (HR3 and Micropay)

With support payroll system certain sync processes can be switched on / off if not required OR if a client prefers certain changes to only be triggered / made on payroll VS HRMS

Custom workflow improvements – opens automatically if you are the first step processor

Custom (Generic Workflows) now automatically open if the user is responsible for completing the first step of the workflow.

This is useful for say New Hire requests or similar where the current user would need to complete the first step – and saves the user from having to open / access their workflow queue.

Ability to customise Planner icon colors

All planner icons can now be customized. This is useful to ensure contrast with custom color schemes. It also allows clients to pick their own preferred colors for each type OR simplify and say have 1 color for requests and 1 color for booked/approved events.

To adjust the planner colors go to System > Stylesheet

Custom workflow paths and escalation per employee group (optional)

Custom Clients can now set specific approval rule and escalation rules. This sits between the current global configuration found in System > Workflow Admin – and employee level customization e.g. if you wanted a specific workflow approval OR escalation rule applied by department, location, job title etc. this is now available. Please contact our support team to assist with setup and configuration.
