Applicant Tracking/Recruiting - iVantage provides end to end tools for talent acquisition. You can open, route and approve requisitions online and post open requisitions. Applicants can complete their applications online. Recruiters have workflow and tools to manage and track applicants through the process.

Performance Management - effectively managing performance and providing employee feedback and appraisals are critical management functions. iVantage provides tools to improve the quality of this process and make it more productive. Setting employee expectations include goal setting and competencies. Reviews can be completed online by managers and routed for approval. Multi-rater reviews are available.

Training and Development - iVantage allows you to track and manage training and development programs. Tools are available to help you define training needs, schedule classes, allow online enrollment, and track completed training.

Position Control and Budgeting - iVantage offers the capability to manage a variety of information by position, including position competencies and headcount/budget.

Employee Self Service - iVantage allows employees access their own employee information anytime, from anywhere via web browser. This provides employees fast, realtime access to information instead of tying up your HR department with phone calls and questions. Your employees will be happier and HR more productive. You control what information is presented and what is editable by employees. Online benefit open enrollment is included.

Succession Planning - iVantage provides you with the strategic tools to nominate candidates to fill critical positions, perform gap analysis to identify development needs related to the targeted position (integrated with training and development), and analyze your succession planning position.

Timesheets in iVantage tracks time for exempt and non-exempt employees. Time can be tracked in three fashions – hours only, start-stop, or clock-in/clock-out. Employees can submit their timesheets via Employee Self Service, managers can approve timesheets online and then the data can be sent to payroll for processing.

Compensation and Salary  in iVantage can help your HR department track and communicate the value of total compensation to employees. Included are tools for administering base and non–base compensation programs, managing salary and budget planning and scheduling salary reviews.

Salary Survey in iVantage offers the ability to monitor, analyze and forecast the competitive level of a company's salary ranges and individual salary levels to other comparable organizations. Raw salary survey data may be entered into the system and tools are provided with which you can adjust the data into a "good fit" for your organization for future analysis.

Link in iVantage allows you to eliminate double data entry by transferring iVantage data to your internal payroll system or service bureau (e.g., ADP), your benefit providers (e.g., 834) and other external systems. 

Workflow, Routing, and Email Alerts in iVantage give you the ability to actively monitor data entry, define approval paths, track manager approvals and notify employees of events. 

International Support extends the value of iVantage to your international employees. you can accommodate country specific data formats (i.e.address and phone number). Salaries and other compensation information can be managed in the local currency with currency conversion. Multiple languages are supported. 

Reporting in iVantage employs Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services to offer the high-end decision support needed by sophisticated HR departments. Besides the extensive library of predefined standard reports, custom reporting can be accomplished using a variety of tools including Microsoft Report Builder and Microsoft Analysis Services. Analysis Services enables you to perform comprehensive, enterprise-scale analytics to better manage your workforce.
